COHA, #25138, Cedar Rapids Animal Care & Control, intake to CR Animal Care yesterday (8/30), delivered to RARE this morning (8/31), Kathy will call Tuesday to ask for more information.
Kimberly, Waucoma, Chickasaw County, injured BAEA #25139 in ditch, Hwy B33, Dr Sarah Franzen, DVM, Fort Atkinson, did the rescue, brought BAEA to her vet clinic, examined, humanely euthanized due to extensive spinal and leg injuries. Sonja will notify the finder tomorrow. USFW notified.
Moria, Scott County Water Treatment Plant, early last evening (8/30) a RTHA was trapped in sewage sludge tank, rescued by Water Treatment staff, Scott County Humane Society picked up, gave bath, will deliver to clinic tomorrow AM.
Iowa City caller concerned about a young chipmunk seen by herself who looked confused. I recommended leaving the chipmunk alone.
